Currently, the school enrolls 212 students from 24 states of the USA and 14 foreign countries. 95% of Grier's students reside beyond a 100 mile radius of the school so numerous activities are organized each weekend to make it truly a full-time boarding school experience. Grier is all-girls, all-boarding with no day students.

Grier is a private school, operated as a non-profit foundation under the direction of a board of trustees. This school is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant students.
