Parent Photo Gallery

Our Parent Photo Gallery requires a login and password.

On this page you will now see a login section BELOW the main menu on the left.

  • First, create an account with a username and password that you can remember! When you do this (completing the math quiz), an email asking for a response is automatically generated and sent to you.
  • Second, click the link in the email and you are registered.
  • If you do not receive an email, check your Spam folder. Depending on the type of spamware you have, it may be filtered out.
  • You will then see a new menu button on the left at the bottom that says "Parent Picture Gallery", click that button.

If you use the same computer each time, once you log in the first time, you just have to click the "Parents Picture Gallery" and you'll automatically go to the gallery without having to log in.

Once you choose the file you want to view, click it, and the thumbnails of the pictures will pop-up. If you click on the first picture, it will enlarge and you can start a slide show of all the pictures in that file by clicking the single arrow. Any of the pictures can be downloaded so you can have a copy.

This security feature has been added for protection of the images of our students and to reduce spam issues. Thank you for your understanding.

School/Safety Guideline Updates for 2011-2012

As we prepare for the new school year, it is important to remind all about existing and updated school/safety guidelines that are not published in the handbook. Please feel free to contact the school with any questions:

FIRE HAZARDS

Due to concerns regarding fire safety, the following items are prohibited in the individual dormitory rooms: Microwaves; Hot plates; Holiday or rope lights; Single extension cords; Candles or any open flame device.

SAFETY CONCERNS

Free standing mirrors are easily shattered and can cause serious injury.  For this reason, these mirrors are not permitted in the dormitory rooms (even if attached to the door or wall).

Natural disaster safety procedures have been updated and the school will conduct drills for proper evacuation procedures throughout the school year.

To ensure the safety of our students, all weekend events are planned through the Student Activities office.  Students may not hire taxis or outside transportation to leave campus.

CELL PHONES

Cell Phones may be used at school within the following guidelines: Cell phone use is prohibited during the academic day, in the dining room; during sports; during study hall and after lights out.

The penalty for abusing phone privileges:

First Time-loss of 5 deportment points

Second Time-loss of cell phone for the night

Third Time-loss of cell phone for one week

Fourth Time-phone will be sent home

SPEAKING ENGLISH

It is expected that all students speak English only during the academic day, including dining area, classrooms and sports.

GENERAL RULES

Food and kitchen utensils need to stay in the kitchen/dining room.

Do not be late for class/trip/room bell.  Any absent student should be reported to the Head of School.

Students must attend all sports.

CD/MP3/IPODS may not be worn during the academic day.  The item must remain in a back pack.
