Bowl-n-Soup Sale Raises Money for Grier Community Fund

Students and teachers purchased handmade ceramic soup bowls at the Bowl-n-Soup sale on Thursday during lunch to raise money for the Grier Community Fund. Ceremaics teacher Mrs. Heidi Zimbler organized the annual event, which featured not only her own pieces, but also the works of her students.

During weeks prior, the students glazed dozens of bowls for the sale. The bowls were sold for $5-$20. This year's sale featured some new items: large soup mugs for $28 and mugs for $25.
