Before you Register

Important information
Dates:
Each session of camp lasts one week. Campers are welcome to register for 1, 2, or 3 sessions.
Session 1: July 8th-July 15th
Session 2: July 15th-July 22nd
Session 3: July 22nd - July 29th
Campers should plan to arrive between 2pm and 5pm on their first day of camp.

Campers should plan to depart camp between 10am and 12pm on their final day of camp.
Day students will only attend camp Monday - Friday. They will arrive between 7 and 8am daily and are welcome to join us for breakfast. They will depart at 5pm before dinner. Day campers may be picked up at 4pm if arranged in advance.
The Grier School will provide transportation to and/or from airports if needed, for an additional fee.
Fees:
Overnight campers will pay $1,500 per week and day campers will pay $600 per week. Included in this cost is a t-shirt, water bottle, and all standard activities. $60 per week for international health insurance. 
Horseback riding intensive campers will pay an additional $200 per week. This means campers who plan on riding in all four activity periods (standard riding campers ride for 2 activity periods daily).
Horseback riders will have the opportunity to apply to participate in shows. These shows will have additional fees associated. More information will be provided after registration for campers who are interested.
Horseback riders who wish to board their horse on campus during camp must be staying for all three sessions and will pay a boarding fee of $700. In the case of horse boarders, the intensive fee is waived.

Camp will run for a total of three weeks. You can choose either a one, two, or three week camp duration. Please select each week you want to attend.
Local campers can choose to be a ‘Day Camper’ and will commute to and from camp each day. All campers outside of commuting distance, or local campers who wish to stay overnight please choose ‘Boarder’.
After Registering:
After you complete and submit your registration form, there are a few more steps to take before camp starts.
Two weeks after registering a deposit of $500 for overnight campers and $100 for day campers is required to be paid via the FACTS system. You will receive an email from FACTS with instructions on establishing your online account, and paying your deposit/balances. Please note, ALL payments must be remitted online through your FACTS account.
Your full bill will be due by May 15th 2023. If you register after May 15th, your bill will be due in full two weeks after you register.
You will receive a follow up email that will include a health form, a general permission form, and a horseback riding waiver. Please fill out all relevant forms and return them within 3 weeks of receiving them.
This email will also include an activity preference form where you will be able to select which daily activities your camper will participate in. Daily activities will include various riding and dance options, as well as archery, swimming, drama, music, art, photography and videography.
