New Members Inducted in to National Honor Society
Over the weekend, a stellar group of students joined the Grier chapter of the National Honor Society in a special induction ceremony led by Dr. Erin Guydish Buchholz of Grier’s English faculty. As NHS advisor, Dr. GB presided over the event on Saturday evening in the Grier Dance Building on campus. The inductees included students who are studying at Grier in person this year, as well as, those who are learning remotely. In addition to an in-person audience of peers and administrators, parents and friends Zoomed in to applaud the new NHS members.
The 24 newly inducted individuals exemplify the four pillars of NHS: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. They include:
