Technology is a powerful instructional medium and an important part of every student’s education. At Grier, students use technology to supplement instruction from teachers and to explore new areas of information. By encouraging independent use, we help develop the attitude that technology is a tool for learning available to all students and under their control. As students learn to use technology, they gain confidence in their ability to think and to learn, a primary goal of education.

Grier's student computing policy requires every student to bring their own laptop. Because students and teachers use technology in their everyday learning, Grier provides high-quality classroom technology equipment and campus-wide high-speed internet access over a wireless and hard-wired network.

IT Support

Grier offers on-site IT Support to students Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm.

Microsoft Office 365

All students at Grier School have access to Microsoft Office 365's student use benefit using their Grier email account. This allows students to access the Microsoft Office productivity suite which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive and Teams via the web or install on their devices.
