Happy Retirement to Mrs. Lytle!

Mrs. Mary Pat Lytle retired last month after over three decades as a member of Grier’s faculty. While her most recent position was as Testing Coordinator, Mrs. Lytle has held a number of roles at Grier, with many years spent working in the Learning Skills Department.
Through her work relating to the Learning Skills department, she has helped countless students improve their study skills and become stronger readers. When Grier began accepting day students, Mrs. Lytle served as a liaison and a home base. More recently, she has served as the school’s Middle States Accreditation internal coordinator. In her role as Testing Coordinator, she facilitated PSAT, ACT, SAT, and AP testing for Grier students, as well as make-up test proctoring. Upon Mrs. Lytle's retirement, Ms. Olivia Hallahan is taking over test coordination and Mrs. Marie-Pierre Shaffer absorbs the internal coordinator role.

While Grier could not give Mrs. Lytle the kind of celebration she deserves at this time, the Grier community past and present thank her so much for her years of dedicated service. We will miss her and we wish her the very best during her retirement.

Happy Retirement, Mrs. Lytle!
