Concert Features Music of the Movies
Musicians in Grier’s Performers Club gave a short concert on Wednesday afternoon in the Instrumental Music Building. The trio of instrumentalists played three pieces composed for popular feature films.

Anna S. played violin. With two of the original members unable to perform this time, Lizzie P. filled in for Carolyn B. on piano and Mr. Minnich replaced cellist Ceci F. on strings. Everything came together for a great show!
The program included:
- “In Dreams” from Lord of the Rings, composed by Howard Shore
- “Moon River” written by Henry Mancini for Breakfast at Tiffany’s
- Medley of music from Pirates of the Caribbean, composed by Klaus Badelt and Hans Zimmer
