Western and Dressage Riders Compete in IEA Events
Along with Hunter/Jumpers, Grier's very active Riding Program also competes in Western Riding and Dressage events. Grier riders performed well at two recent competitions: an IEA Western showing at Alfred University and the Meredith Manor IEA Dressage show.
Grier's Varsity Western team traveled to Alfred University for another successful weekend of IEA showing. Congratulations to Faith E. and Sophie K. on their first place finishes! Sophie won first place honors in JV Novice Horsemanship while Faith won her Varsity Open Horsemanship and Varsity Intermediate Reining. Faith also won high point rider for the day
Congratulations to all those riders who competed in the Meredith Manor IEA Dressage show this past weekend. Lindsay W. was high score rider while Rachel S. was reserve high score rider. First Place winners include Lindsay S., Lindsay W., Rachel S., and Nisa Chavez.
