A Prom to Remember

Grier juniors and seniors enjoyed a memorable Prom on May 15, 2021, at the Lakemont Casino in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The event was unique to previous proms because the guest list was limited to Grier students and Grier faculty chaperones only. The Lakemont Casino staff catered the event, preparing the buffet before the Grier students arrived. Mrs. Borst joined Prom Committee Advisor Mrs. Lawler at the event where she joined the girls on the dance floor.

Mrs. Lawler thanked everyone involved, writing, "The girls were truly filled with joy and it was wonderful to see it. They were so happy and danced like I've never seen them dance."

It was a wonderful evening!
