Here Comes the General!

This year, Presidents Day is on Monday, February 20, 2017.  This federal holiday is in honor of the first president of the United States, General George Washington who was born on February 22, 1732.  To celebrate, the library has a display of books about Washington and other key people and events of the Revolutionary Era.
One highlight you won't want to miss is the book Hamilton: The Revolution by Lin-Manuel Miranda, author of the Tony award winning Broadway musical Hamilton. The book features song lyrics, photographs from the musical, and background information and notes from Miranda. If you miss the display, find the book on the shelf at 792.6 MIR.
