Grier's "Spamalot" Nominated for 10 ISAAC Awards!

Judges from ACT watched high school musical productions in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, and Huntingdon counties before announcing the nominees from twenty area schools. The ISAAC Awards span two nights of performances on the Benzel Stage of Altoona's Historic Mischler Theatre Saturday, May 26^th and Sunday, May 27^th. Two students from each school will perform a group opening number and each school will perform one number from their production, similar to the Tony Awards format. 

ACT will award $1000 Scholarships to each winner of the six individual categories and will randomly present two schools with $1000 towards their 2018-2019 production budget.

Grier students will perform on stage and learn the results during the Saturday Night Isaac Award ceremony on May 26th. Musical Director Mrs. Ginger Reinhardt will also present Grier's own award for MVP to Katie M.

This is Grier's second time participating in the Isaac Awards. Last year, Sister Act received ten nominations and won six awards. Congratulations to Mrs. Reinhardt, the nominated students, and to all that had a part in Spamalot’s success.
