Colleges Visit Grier
Grier’s College Counseling department is here to help students through the entire college exploration and application process. One of the ways Grier’s College Counselors help students find the perfect fit is by inviting admissions representatives from colleges and universities to meet and speak to Grier students.
Representatives from institutions such as Juniata College frequently meet with any interested students in the College Counseling Suite, while art school reps might choose to meet with Grier’s artists in the AP Art Portfolio Studio. Thanks to video conferencing technology, even reps from far away can meet with Grier girls, like a rep from the University of Washington did earlier this year.
In addition to these visits from college admissions representatives, all juniors at Grier will attend a college fair this February, where they will have the opportunity to attend helpful workshops and meet with many representatives from a variety of higher education institutions.
